Overview
Returns are available for nearly everything EQ sells. However, we recommend keeping
track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 90 days after
purchase. Without a receipt and or order number a return will not be considered. In
regard to footwear, there is a limited restriction policy.
This means if there is a manufacturer defect you must provide a photo and email it to [email protected]. After that, our review team will respond with a return authorization and
instructions via email on what to do. Please check your sizing before you order very thoroughly.
If you inadvertently ordered the wrong size, there will be a return shipping & handling fee of
$16. Our customer service team will work with you directly to ensure shipping of the
appropriate size and information on how to return the item you purchased.

The U.S.
International purchases and returns will not be accepted unless it is proven that there is
a manufacturer defect. Email directly to [email protected]. Please have your order
number and date of purchase in addition to attach a photo of the defect in your email. Our
team will work with you directly to resolve the matter.
Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not EQ brand.net directly aren’t eligible
for return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4455 E. Philadelphia Street Ontario, California 97761.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
